You probably know it if you have an outgoing, extrovert and affable personality. That's good. But do you know how to express yourself, even before you utter a word. I'm pretty sure it was custom made- otherwise Google would be all over it.
I know Randall Christiansen made the gowns, and since he specialises in designs heavy in rhinestones and beads and that sort of thing it is possible he got involved in that as well. The studio itself will have people capable of doing that sort of thing if Jennifer Lopez demanded it.
You'd think the entertainment world and the internet would have solved this issue by now...
